Our office is located at 1-Da-15 in Dadabari Vistar, which is over in Kota, Rajasthan. Even though the name mentions Pune, this is where we handle the local stuff here in the 324009 area. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and residential, which is nice for getting through all the insurance forms and claims we have to process every day. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks, some plastic chairs, and a place for people to sit when they come in to ask about their policies. Working in insurance involves a lot of reading and making sure every line is filled out correctly. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. The summers in Kota are really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the water cooler is full and the fans are working. We don't have any big signs or bright neon lights outside. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time on the phone, explaining things or checking on status updates for people. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces who drop by. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what's for dinner. It’s a plain, honest office where the focus is just on keeping the records straight and getting the paperwork finished on time for everyone.
