Ashutech Engineers

Our shop for Ashutech Engineers is out on Plot No. C-351 in Talwandi. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the machines before you see the sign. It’s a bit dusty and there’s always the smell of metal and oil in the air. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and walks out to see what’s needed. We spend the whole day working with tools and trying to fix things or make new parts. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of spills over the years. Talwandi is a decent place to work, though it gets quite hot in the shed during the summer months. We have a couple of old fans that try their best, but they mostly just move the warm air around. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would, and we end up staying late under the tubelights. We aren't really the type to sit in meetings or write long reports. We’d rather be out here getting our hands dirty and actually building something. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s habits. If someone forgets to put a tool back, we definitely hear about it. It’s just how we run things here at our Talwandi spot. No big mystery to it, just keeping the machines running and the work moving forward without making a big fuss about it.
