Aditya Birla Nuvo

This office for Aditya Birla Nuvo is over in Kota, Rajasthan. Specifically, we are at 1-E-8 in the RHB Colony in Kunhadi. Kota is a place many people know for the students, but our little corner in Kunhadi is more of a residential and quiet business area. The building is part of the housing board colony, so it looks like a lot of the other houses around here. We’ve converted the space into a workspace that fits what we do. It’s got that lived-in feel, with some old posters on the walls and mismatched chairs. The weather in Rajasthan is no joke, so we have a heavy-duty cooler that makes a lot of noise but keeps us from melting. We mostly handle regional tasks here. The locals know us as the Aditya Birla guys in the colony. In the mornings, you can hear the birds in the trees outside before the city really wakes up. We usually keep the gate closed to keep out the stray cows that wander through the colony streets. It’s a very local way of working. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a small entrance where people leave their shoes sometimes. It feels more like working from a home office than a big industrial site. We spend our time on the phone or typing away at the computers, just making sure the Nuvo operations in this part of Rajasthan stay on track.
