Our shop is right by Gandhi Chauraha in Sangod, which is a pretty central spot if you know the area. Being on Tehsil Road means there is always something going on outside our door. We do decorations for various functions, mostly local stuff like weddings or small gatherings here in the district. It’s been a long time since we started, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit from our corner. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the back—mostly fabric, lights, and some old frames we still use. Sometimes the weather doesn't help much, but we still go out and get the tents or the flowers set up. People around Sangod know us by name, which is nice. We aren't a big city firm with shiny brochures. We just talk to folks, find out what they need for their party, and try to make it look right. It’s a lot of physical labor, carrying heavy poles and climbing ladders. My back hurts sometimes after a long day, but that is part of the job. Being near the crossroads helps us stay connected to everyone passing through. We keep things straightforward. If you’re looking for someone to decorate a space, we’re right here on the road. We might be busy with another job, but we always try to listen and help out our neighbors when they have a big day coming up.
