Greenflag Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated at Plot No.1408 in Daringbadi. We are specifically in the Mahadaganda area. Daringbadi is a beautiful place, and people call it the Kashmir of Odisha, but for us, it is just where we show up to work every day. Our company is all about the farmers who live and work here. We help them get their products to where they need to go. The office is a small building that we have been using for some time now. It is nothing to write home about. We have some basic wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us. It gets really cold here in the winter, unlike the rest of the state, so we often have a small fire going nearby or we just wear extra sweaters to keep warm. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what we need and talk to people face-to-face. Dealing with the crops and the changing seasons is a lot of hard work. We have to keep track of everything carefully. Sometimes we get behind on the paperwork because there is so much to do outside. We aren't a big city firm with shiny windows. We are just a group of people in Daringbadi trying to make sure the local farmers get what they need to keep going. It is a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time.
