Check To Day

Check To Day is a small place in the SC Colony in Pardi. Our house number is 1-116. Kouthala is a bit of a journey for some people, but we are right here in the middle of the colony. The area stays quiet for the most part. We started this because there was not much else around for the folks living in Pardi. Komaram Bheem Asifabad gets quite hot in the summer, and the dust from the road comes right inside if we leave the front door open too wide. It is a very simple setup. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we stay busy with the day-to-day stuff. We see the same familiar faces every week. It is nice knowing almost everyone in the colony. We do not have any big slogans or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. Telangana life is slow in some ways, but the days go by fast when you have many small things to sort out. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but people still find their way to 1-116. We just keep the ledger books and the daily tasks going. It is just a regular local spot for the community here in Pardi.
