Trinity Tuition Centre

Trinity Tuition Centre sits on Vikas Nagar Road, right in the Karicode area of Peroor. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We are near Kilikollur in Kollam. The building isn't very large, just a few rooms where we put the benches and chairs. Most of the activity happens in the evenings after the regular schools let out. You’ll see cycles parked out front along the road. The rooms can get a bit cramped when a big group comes in for maths or science. We have a lot of old textbooks piled up in the corner and a whiteboard that’s seen better days. It’s a bit stained, but it still works for the lessons. We don't have air conditioning, so the windows stay open and you can hear the birds and the traffic outside. The 691004 area is mostly residential, so it’s fairly calm. Parents usually drop the kids off and wait nearby. We’ve been here a while now, just helping out with the schoolwork. It’s not a high-tech learning center. It’s just a place with some desks and people trying to understand their homework. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the emergency lights, but the kids just keep writing. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place for the neighborhood students to gather. We just keep the lights on and help whoever shows up for their classes.
