Sakthi Motor Driving School

You can find us in Adoor, which is part of the Pathanamthitta district. Our little office is near the Adoor Ho area. Sakthi Motor Driving School has been helping people in this town get their driver's licenses for a good number of years now. Driving around this part of Kerala is a bit different than the big cities because we have a lot of curves and narrow lanes to deal with. We use the local roads for our practice sessions. During the long monsoon months, things get a bit messy with all the rain and mud, but we still head out for lessons. Our cars are kept in decent shape, even though the gearboxes definitely take a beating from all the beginners. We do not have a fancy website or any big marketing team. Most people find out about us because a cousin or a neighbor learned to drive here. We spend a lot of our time waiting around at the testing ground with our students. It takes a lot of patience to do this job. You see all kinds of people coming through, from young teenagers to older folks who finally decided they wanted to learn. We just try to stay calm and show them the basics of the road. The office is easy to find if you are familiar with Adoor. We have some old posters on the wall about road signs. It is a quiet life running a school.
