Janari Products And Spices Private Limited

Our spot is over in Inchakkadu, near Mylom P.O. in the Kottarakara area. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except when we have the machinery running for the spices. Spices are a bit of a tricky thing because the dust gets everywhere, and you’ll be sneezing half the morning if you aren't careful. We handle all sorts of products here, mostly stuff that comes from the local area. The warehouse is located at 636/20, and it’s where we do all the sorting and grinding. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. We talk to the farmers and the people who bring the raw materials in. Sometimes the harvest isn't great, and we have to deal with that as it comes. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The people working here are all from around this part of Kollam. We’ve grown to know each other pretty well over the years. You won't find any big slogans or shiny signs here. We just focus on the bags and the jars that need to go out. The road outside can be a bit narrow for the bigger trucks, which makes for some loud mornings when they try to turn around. It’s just how life is for us at Janari Products.
