HR COMMUNICATIONS $ SERVICES is based in Kollam, Kerala. Specifically, you can find us in Sneha Nagar, Vadakevilla Village. The office is part of a house-like structure called Kavungal Padinajattathil. It’s a local place through and through. We deal with various communication services and paperwork that comes with it. The atmosphere is very relaxed compared to a big city office. You might hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or someone's motorbike, while we are working. We have a few computers and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. It’s just a small team of us handling the daily tasks that come in from the village and the surrounding P O Pattathanam area. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some global corporation. We are just local people helping out other locals with their service needs. The interior is simple, with basic chairs and desks that have seen better days. On rainy days, the sound on the roof is so loud we can barely hear the phones, but we just wait it out. It’s a steady rhythm of life here in Kerala, and we are happy to be a part of the local community. We don't have a grand story to tell, just years of showing up and doing the work we know how to do.
