Zest India

Zest India is based over at Hb286 in Salt Lake. It’s a residential block, so it is much quieter than the center of Kolkata. We operate out of this space, and it feels more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. Salt Lake is full of trees and wide streets, which makes coming to work quite nice. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some computers where we get our work done. We handle various business activities under the Zest India name. Some days we are very busy with emails and planning, while other days are a bit slower. We usually have the window open to let in some air, and you can hear the birds or the occasional car passing by. It is a very relaxed atmosphere compared to the usual office grind. We don't really have walk-in customers often, as most of our stuff is done through calls or online. We take our tea breaks in the small kitchen and sometimes talk about things other than work. It is a simple, functional way to run a business without the stress of a crowded downtown location. We’ve been in Salt Lake for a while and we like the pace of life here. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and go from there.
