Our office is at 23 M.D. Road. It’s been Vedanga Vyapaar Pvt Ltd for a long time now, though some of the neighbors still remember when the building looked different. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy lobbies or leather chairs. It’s just a regular office where we get things done every single day. You can hear the traffic from the road outside all day long. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice if we’re having a particularly busy afternoon. We keep the files in some old cabinets that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. Working here feels pretty normal, which is exactly how we like it. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to M.D. Road isn't too bad unless it really starts to rain. When it rains, the street gets a bit messy, but that’s just part of life here. We don't really have a big philosophy or some complicated plan. We just show up, look at what needs to be moved or sold, and talk to the people who come in. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the windows being open, but the breeze is usually nice. We’ve got a small group of people working here. Everyone knows everyone else's coffee or tea order by now. It’s not the most exciting spot in the world, but it is our spot. We just try to keep things moving along without causing too much fuss for anyone else in the area today.
