Unique Caterer

Unique Caterer is situated on Tobin Road, specifically at Aghore Sarani near the Rajpur Bidyanidhi High School. Being near a school means there is always a bit of life on the street, especially when the kids are heading home. We have a straightforward operation here in Rajpur. We aren't a big chain or anything; just a local spot where we prepare food for various gatherings. Our kitchen is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s filled with big aluminium pots and long wooden spoons. We don't follow any corporate rules. We just do things the way we learned over the years. Some days we are making huge batches of rice, and other days it’s more about the side dishes. The weather affects us a lot, especially when it’s humid, but we keep the burners going. We get our ingredients from the local markets nearby to keep things fresh. It’s a lot of work to manage the timing so the food stays hot for the clients. We don't really have a front desk or a secretary. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands and answers the phone when it rings. We are just honest workers trying to make a living in the Rajpur area. It's a bit dusty and loud on Tobin Road sometimes, but this is our home and where we do our best work every day. We don't overthink it, we just cook.
