You can find us at Arup Kumar Ghosh’s place in Narottambati, which is part of the Aklakhi area in Madhabdihi. Trilottama Agro Tech is a small company that grew out of a need for better farming tools and techniques around here. We aren't a giant manufacturer with a huge factory. It’s more of a local effort. We spend our days looking at how we can use technology to help with the daily grind of farming in West Bengal. Whether it’s figuring out better irrigation or just helping people get the right tools, we stay busy. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the books and meet with locals. There’s no big sign or glass doors. It’s just us, Arup, and a few others working through the details of whatever project we have going on. We talk to the farmers in the village and the surrounding areas to see what they actually need instead of guessing. Sometimes the ideas work great, and sometimes we have to go back to the drawing board. That’s just the nature of agro tech. It’s about trial and error and staying close to the people who do the hard work. We like being based in Madhabdihi because we are right in the middle of everything. We don't have a marketing department; we just let our work speak for itself among the people we know and work with daily.
