Touchstone Management Support Services

Our place is in the EE Block of Saltlake, specifically at 108/4 Sector-2. We go by Touchstone Management Support Services. Being in Saltlake, Kolkata, means we are in a planned part of the city, which is nice, but the work is still just as busy as anywhere else. We provide support for other businesses. This could mean anything from cleaning and maintenance to helping with the daily tasks that keep an office running. We have a lot of people who work with us, and we send them out to different sites across the city. The office in Sector-2 is where we coordinate everything. It’s full of schedules and rosters hanging on the walls. We don't pretend to be some high-tech startup. We are a service business, plain and simple. If a building needs looking after, we are the ones who get the call. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a rhythm to how we work. The staff here are local people who know how to get things done. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what we can do and then we go out and do it. Saltlake is a busy area with lots of offices, so there’s always something that needs fixing or managing. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
