You can find Tisua Caterer at 79/B Raja Rajballav Street. We’re right next to the Kumartuli Shiv Samiti, which is a well-known spot around here. This neighborhood is famous for its artists and makers, and we like to think we bring a bit of that local spirit into our kitchen. We’ve been cooking for the people of this area for a good long time. It’s not a big corporate operation. Usually, it’s just a few of us making sure the prep work is done on time. The street can get pretty crowded, especially during festival seasons, but we’re used to the noise and the energy. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just rely on the word of mouth from people who have eaten our food before. We do weddings, religious ceremonies, and simple house parties. Whatever the occasion, we just focus on making sure the food is fresh and the service is practical. We’ve had our fair share of long nights and early mornings in this kitchen. Sometimes the sink leaks or the delivery van won’t start, but we always find a way to get the job done. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the plates are full and people are fed. It’s just us, working away on Raja Rajballav Street, doing what we know how to do best for our neighbors.
