The Royal Caterer

The Royal Caterer is based at 23/1B, 1St Floor, Gariahat Road. We are tucked away behind the Lake Police Station in the Dhakuria area. It is a very busy part of the city, and our kitchen is always humming with activity. We do catering for different events around town. This includes everything from small gatherings at home to larger functions. Our mornings usually start very early when we go to get fresh ingredients from the local markets. After that, it is hours of prepping, cutting, and cooking. We have several large stoves and plenty of big pots that are almost always in use. The space is often filled with the smell of different dishes being prepared at the same time. Being near the police station is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We are not a giant company with a huge office. We are just a group of people who enjoy cooking and serving food. It is hard work, especially when we have to pack everything up and transport it through the city traffic. It can be quite stressful when we have multiple orders on the same day. But we have a rhythm now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is ready on time. It is a practical business and we keep it that way. We just want the food to be right for every event.
