The Panacea Clinic

This clinic is located at 188/20 Prince Anwar Shah Road, in the Lake Gardens area. We are near Lords More, which is a place most people in South Kolkata know well. The road is always busy with cars, buses, and autos. Our place is in an older building that has been here for a long time. It has high ceilings and those big, old-style windows. It can get pretty noisy with all the traffic outside, but we have grown used to it over the years. We have a few rooms where we see people. The furniture doesn't really match, it is just stuff we have collected over the years. It has a very local, comfortable feel. We do not have a big corporate logo or a fancy website. It is just a few of us working here. We spend the mornings getting everything ready and then the afternoon is usually our busiest time. People often stop by on their way home from the market. The air inside is usually a bit cooler than it is out on the street. We still use a paper ledger for all our appointments instead of a computer for everything. It works fine for us. It is a steady place in a part of the city that is always moving fast. We have seen many changes in the neighborhood, but we just stay the same. It's a plain, simple routine for us.
