Jubilant First Trust Healthcare Ltd

We are over on Motijheel Avenue in Dum Dum, Kolkata. The address is 28/4, and it’s a typical Kolkata street with lots of life around it. Being near the airport area means it’s always busy, but we’ve found our rhythm here at Jubilant First Trust Healthcare. The building is older, which is common for this part of the city. We have a few rooms set up for our daily tasks. It’s not a shiny hospital building, just our administrative side of things. The fans are always humming and there is usually some conversation about the local football matches or what’s for lunch. We get a lot of rain in this part of India, so we’ve had to fix a few leaks here and there over the years. Our staff is mostly local people from around Dum Dum and nearby areas. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very much. If someone has a problem, they just say it. It makes things easier to manage. We deal with healthcare stuff, but from the office side, so it’s a lot of coordination and paperwork. It can get a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. Kolkata has a certain way of doing things, and we fit right into that local pace. It’s a busy place but we like it fine. There is always a lot of work to do but we take it one day at a time.
