The Faalsa Enterprise

Our office is at 84/1 Ripon Street, and if you’ve ever been down this road, you know how busy it gets. The Faalsa Enterprise has been operating from here for a while now. It’s an old street with a lot of history and even more people. Our space is tucked away and isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack our files and boxes. There is a lot of paper moving across the desks every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in with questions about their orders. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the cars honking outside and the tea sellers shouting on the corner. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so the windows stay open and the city noise just becomes part of the background. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong door because the numbers on the street are a bit confusing, but we all know the postman. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together long enough to know how everything runs. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have guests, but we always find a chair for them. We do our work, keep our ledgers straight, and try to finish up before the evening rush makes it impossible to get home. It’s just a regular business on a regular street.
