We’ve been here at 73/12 Golf Club Road for quite some time now. Tecon Consultant Engineers Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge place, just a regular office where we get through the engineering work every day. It gets a bit busy around here, especially with the traffic on this side of town, but we manage. Most of us have been around the area long enough to know the shortcuts. We spend most of our time looking at plans and checking numbers. It’s not flashy, just honest work. The desks are usually covered in drawings and files, and sometimes it feels like we need more space, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local projects and people we’ve known for years. Sometimes the tea lady across the street forgets our order, but that's just part of the day. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing much; we just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s quiet enough for the most part, though you can hear the cars outside pretty well. If you’re looking for us, we’re just the building down from the main stretch. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do our thing. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. It gets the job done without needing to be fancy. We usually leave around six unless there is a big deadline.
