Sun Decorator & Caterer

I’ve been running Sun Decorator & Caterer for a while now from our spot at Bb 198 in Sector 1. Salt Lake City is where we do most of our work, and it keeps us pretty busy through the year. Being a local business here means we see a lot of the same faces. We handle both the food part and the look of the place. It's mostly about getting the chairs right and making sure the flowers don't wilt before the guests arrive. My team and I spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic, especially when there are two events on the same day, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. Our space is just a practical base for storing our stuff. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw us at a neighbor’s party. The kitchen gets hot and the mornings start early. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just show up at the address, set up the tables, and cook what was asked for. Salt Lake is a nice area but the traffic can be a headache when we're trying to move the big decorative pieces around. I like the work because it's hands-on. We don't use much automation; it's mostly us doing the heavy lifting and the chopping. It feels good when a job is done and the place looks decent.
