Sugal & Damani Group

Our office is right on Kalighat Road, at number 207 A, down in Kolkata 26. If you know the area, you know it is always busy and full of people going to the temple or just shopping around. We are the Sugal & Damani Group. We have been around for quite some time now, and this office is where we handle a lot of the group's operations. It is a big mix of things we do, from finance to other types of business. The building itself is an older one, but it works for us. Inside, it is just rows of desks and people talking on phones or looking at ledgers. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the crowds, but we don't mind it much. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years. We aren't really into the modern, flashy office style. We prefer keeping things practical and straightforward. Every day is different because we have so many things going on at once. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we manage just fine. We have our lunch together often and just get through the pile of work that arrives every morning. It is a very typical Kolkata office vibe, I suppose. Just regular people doing their jobs in a very busy part of the city. We often have to run out for meetings or to get some paperwork signed nearby, but someone is always around here.
