Steelflex Fitness Centre

Steelflex Fitness Centre is located at 60/1 Jessore Road out in Barasat. We are right by Seth Pukur, which is a nice landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The gym is a basic setup, nothing like those expensive clubs you see in the city center. We’ve got iron plates, some benches, and a couple of racks that have seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is covered in heavy rubber mats to protect it, and there’s always a bit of chalk dust in the air. We don't bother with fancy lighting or motivational posters everywhere. The people who come here are mostly from around Barasat, just regular folks trying to stay in shape. It can get pretty loud when the heavy lifting starts, but that’s the way it should be in a place like this. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us around to make sure things are running okay. If you need help with a lift, someone will usually step in to spot you. It’s a community feel without being forced. We just want to have a place where the equipment works and the doors stay open. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it suits us just fine. We don't mind the noise and we hope you don't either. It's just part of the daily routine here.
