Srijon Microsystems Pvt. Ltd. is found at S/404 in B.P. Township. We are quite close to the metro station, which makes the commute a lot easier for those of us who don't want to deal with the traffic. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It’s a quiet enough space, mostly filled with computers, circuit boards, and a lot of tangled cables. We work on various micro-systems and electronic setups, so there’s always something being soldered or tested at the benches. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there might be a prototype on the floor. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and someone will eventually look up from their screen. The view from the window isn't much, just more of the township, but the metro passing by every few minutes gives us a sense of time. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just come in, do the technical work, and try to solve whatever bugs are popping up that day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is acting up, and other times we leave early if the weather is bad. It’s a practical way of running things. We don't bother with fancy presentations. We just focus on the hardware and software and let the work speak for itself. It’s a bit messy, but we like it that way.
