We are over at No. 70 Masjid Bari Street in the Shyam Bazar area. It's a bit of an old neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of history. Delta Scientific Equipment has been based here for a while, tucked away among the other shops and houses. Inside, it's a bit of a maze with boxes of glass and metal instruments sitting on shelves. We handle a lot of delicate stuff, so we have to be careful where we step. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a place where we store and distribute the things people need for their own work. The building is older, so the stairs creak and the light isn't always great in the corners. We spend most of our time checking orders and making sure everything is packed right so nothing breaks. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck and we have to wait it out. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, so there's always something going on. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it's just a few of us making sure the equipment gets where it needs to go. We've got a lot of items in stock, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. It’s just a practical, everyday operation in a crowded part of the city. We do our work, pack the boxes, and keep the records as best as we can.
