We've been over here at No. 83 - A - H - 34 Khudiram Bose Sarani for a while now. It's a busy spot with all the traffic, but we like the energy. We mostly handle different types of fashion pieces here. It started out as a pretty small thing and just grew slowly over time. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, but that's just how it goes with a local business. People from the neighborhood come in looking for something specific, and we do our best to help them find what they need. It's just me and a couple of others working the floor. We spend a lot of our day sorting through fabrics and making sure the racks aren't too messy. The street outside is always noisy, which keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything polished like you'd see in the big malls. It's just a straightforward place where we get our work done. Most of the people who stop by are regulars from around the area. We know a lot of them by name after all these years. If you're walking down the Sarani, you'll see our sign out front. Inside, there's usually a pile of stuff waiting to be tagged and folded. We keep busy with the daily orders. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are asking for. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going.
