You’ll find us at 20, Ground-Floor on Baguiati 1St Lane in Dum Dum. We are pretty close to Ambagan, which most people around here know well. The clinic isn’t very big, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. It’s a ground-floor spot, which makes it easier for people who aren't feeling well or have trouble with stairs. We’ve been in this lane for a while, and it’s a typical Kolkata neighborhood—a bit narrow, sometimes a bit crowded, but full of life. Inside, it’s mostly white walls and the smell of antiseptic. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a big TV or anything. Just some simple chairs and a desk where we keep the records. It’s a place for people to come when they need a bit of help with their health. We see all sorts of folks throughout the day, from kids with scraped knees to older people coming in for their regular check-ups. It gets busy in the evenings after most people finish their jobs. We aren't trying to be some high-tech medical center; we are just a local clinic doing our part for the community in Dum Dum. Sometimes the power flickers, or the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going. It’s straightforward work, and we try to keep things as calm as possible for everyone who visits us.
