We've been at Hare Street for a while now. It's on the fourth floor, room 405. Mostly we just handle the paperwork and logistics for shipping stuff. People come in and out all day with forms. It's busy, especially when the ships are coming in or leaving. We spend a lot of time on the phone with port officials and truck drivers. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, but we try to sort it out. It's not a flashy office or anything, just some desks and a lot of files. Most of us have worked here for years. You get used to the pace. Hare Street is always crowded, so getting here takes a bit of time in the morning. We just keep things moving as much as we can. It’s hard work, but we like the routine of it. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve used us before. It's just a regular shipping agency doing the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. That’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go without too much fuss. It's a small team, and we all know each other well. We're usually here from morning till late evening.
