You can find us over at 60/142 Haripada Dutta Lane in Tollygunge. Responce Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd is just a group of us working out of this space to handle logistics for guest houses and food services. Tollygunge is always crowded, and our lane is no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone or making lists of supplies like linens and kitchen stuff. The office isn't much to look at, just some tables and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle the messy side of hospitality, like making sure there are enough staff for a shift or checking if the rooms are actually ready for people. It is hard work and sometimes we stay late when there is a big event or a problem at one of the sites. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People come here to talk business or drop off invoices. The tea man comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We have been in this Tollygunge spot for a while now, so we know the local shops and the shortcuts through the lanes. It’s just regular work for us, making sure things run okay for the places we look after. We don't promise miracles, just that we will show up and do the job we said we would. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
