Ram Rasoi

Ram Rasoi is a small kitchen located at 8/1 D, Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane. This lane is a bit quiet compared to the main roads, which I actually quite like. We have been here for a bit, serving the people who live nearby. The name is simple because we are simple people. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together every day. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do here. It is not a place where you come for a fancy experience. It is a place where food is made the way we know how. We use regular ingredients that we buy from the local vendors every couple of days. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish at once. We keep the pots scrubbed and the counters wiped down, but it still looks like a working man's kitchen. Sometimes the electricity goes out in this part of town, so we keep some candles and lamps ready. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. If you find Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane, you just look for the door at 8/1 D. We are usually there from the morning until the evening. It is just a regular life here, making food and keeping things going.
