We don't have a fancy storefront; it’s mostly just a counter where we talk to customers and then go back to pull the orders from the shelves. There’s usually dust from the street that drifts in, so we’re constantly wiping things down. We aren't big on corporate meetings or formal dress codes. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The phone rings a lot, and there is usually someone coming in to ask for a specific type of wire. It’s a bit hectic at times, but we like the energy of Rabindra Sarani. It’s a real place where real business happens every day without any fuss. We just focus on getting the wire measured and cut for whoever needs it that day.
