Pew Foods & Spices Private Limited

We’ve set up Pew Foods & Spices at Ranjit Das’s house, specifically on Plot No 391 and 10 in Dasarath Pally. It’s on Kalibari Road, right in Ward No 44. It might seem like an odd place for a business, but it works for us. We use the space to manage our spice production and keep things moving. Dasarath Pally is a busy little pocket, and being on Kalibari Road means we get to see a lot of the local traffic. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. Most of us just wear many hats, from checking the quality of the seeds to making sure the bags are sealed tight. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the smell of cumin and coriander is always hanging in the air. We’ve had to figure things out as we go, like how to best use the space at Ranjit’s place to stay organized. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors, and they know what we’re doing. We don't have a shiny storefront, just a working space where the real stuff happens. People come by when they need fresh spices, and we’re usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s a bit of a grind, but it feels good to be part of the local economy in Ward 44. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keep things simple without getting overwhelmed by the little things that go wrong.
