We've been here at Sheetal Apartment on Park Street for a while now. It's the building right above the Jain Dehrasar. Most people know the spot because of the temple downstairs. We handle the daily work of Aashka Fashions Pvt. Ltd. from this office on the 48a side. It gets pretty busy on Park Street, especially during the day, but we've gotten used to the noise. We mostly deal with clothing items and orders coming in. It's not a fancy place, just where we get our work done. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs. Being above the Dehrasar makes it easy for folks to find us if they are coming by for the first time. We just open up in the morning, sort through the fabrics and designs, and see what needs finishing. There are a few of us working here together. We keep things pretty simple. No big signs or anything, just the name on the door. Park Street is a good area to be in for this kind of business. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the boxes are packed right. It’s just what we do every day. The office has desks piled with samples and paperwork. We try to keep it organized, but when big orders come, it gets a bit cluttered. We’ve been at this address for years and know most of the neighbors. It feels like home to us by now.
