We are situated at No. 5 Middleton Street. If you know where the Layalto Girls College is we are right opposite that. It’s a pretty central location. We deal with various fabric and textile products. The building is an older one and has a lot of character. We have been here for many years. It's not a flashy corporate office even though the name sounds a bit big. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and checking on orders. The street is usually full of students and traffic from the college across the way. We have a small team here working in the office. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and paperwork lying around. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in you’ll probably see someone on the phone or looking at fabric swatches. We just do our work and try to keep things moving. The location is good because it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look perfect. It's just a functional space where we handle our business every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over time but we are still here at the same spot. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving anyway. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for our breaks. It is just a normal life for us here.
