Pailan Group

We are located at P -746, Block A in Lake Town, which is a fairly well-known part of Kolkata. Our office is the hub for the different things the group handles. Since we are in Lake Town, we have a lot of shops and parks nearby, which makes the area feel a bit more open than the crowded city center. The office is usually humming with people from different departments talking about projects or sorting through mail. It is a big space but it’s mostly filled with desks, computers, and stacks of paper. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It’s more like a busy marketplace sometimes with everyone trying to get their part done. We have people coming in and out all day, some for the education side and others for the different business branches. The tea guy comes by a couple of times a day, which is always a highlight for us. We’ve been in this Block A location for quite a while now, so we are a permanent fixture of the neighborhood. We don't use much fancy language when we talk about what we do. It’s just a lot of management and making sure the different pieces of the group are moving in the right direction. It can be a lot of work, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a practical place for practical work and we like it that way.
