New Life Medicine Centre

New Life Medicine Centre is on the ground floor of a building right on Rajarhat Road. We are very close to Kalipark in the Rajarhat Gopalpur area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always someone walking in. We sell all kinds of medicines and some daily health supplies too. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot of stock into the shelves behind the counter. Sometimes we have to hunt around for a specific box if it’s tucked away in the back. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but we have stayed right here. We open early and stay open until quite late in the evening because you never know when someone might need something urgently. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction work nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. The staff here knows where everything is located. We keep a ledger for the regular customers who live in the apartments nearby. If we don't have a medicine in stock, we usually tell the person to come back the next day and we try to get it from the distributor in the morning. It is a straightforward business, no gimmicks. We just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks through the door. The fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool enough.
