We have been doing this for a long time, mostly handling the food for weddings and local parties around here. It is a lot of work, honestly. We start very early in the morning when the vegetables arrive and don't really finish until the last plate is washed late at night. The kitchen gets hot and loud, but that’s how it goes in this business. We use big pots and heavy stoves because we have to cook for a lot of people at once. We don't really do much advertising because people just find us through word of mouth or after eating at a party we worked. It’s just honest work. It’s a steady life and we are happy staying right where we are. We just keep the kitchen running.
