M/S Dr. Ramna Banerjee Clinic

The clinic is tucked away at 962 Survey Park in Santoshpur, and most people find us because we are so close to Shiraj Restaurant. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, especially around lunchtime when the smells from the restaurant drift over. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good while now. Every morning starts about the same, unlocking the front door and getting the chairs straightened out in the waiting area. It isn't a big, fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a normal clinic where people come when they need to see someone. We have a lot of neighbors who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. The street outside can get pretty crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially during the evening rush. We try to keep the inside as calm as possible despite the noise from Survey Park. There’s a small desk where we keep all the records and a few chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. Dr. Ramna Banerjee is usually in the back room and we stay busy most of the day. It’s a simple setup. We don’t spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the people who walk through the door. If you’re coming from the main part of Santoshpur, it’s a pretty easy walk once you get past the restaurant. We’re just here doing our job day after day.
