I've been here at Animikha Apt in New Town for quite some time now. Rajarhat has changed so much since we first moved in, with all the new buildings and roads coming up everywhere. It used to be quiet, but now there's always something going on. I mostly handle things from here and keep it simple. People around Kolkata know how the traffic can get, so being based in New Town is actually okay for getting around once you figure out the shortcuts. It's just me mostly, taking care of what needs to be done without making a big fuss about it. My workspace isn't anything fancy, just a desk and what I need to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbors drop by, or I'm out meeting someone near the main gates. I don't really do the whole big office thing because this works better for how I like to live. Working from home in an apartment means you see the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the city feel a bit smaller than it really is. I don't have a big team or anything, just doing my part. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. I've lived in different parts of the city, but this spot feels like home now. It's a busy life, but it's a good one. You just get on with things and try to do right by the people who come to you.
