Mitras. We are located at 159, Ahiritola Street (West). It is a very old part of the city and we are right near the Ahiritola Post Office. If you know this area, you know how narrow and busy the lanes can get. There is a lot of history in these walls. We have been operating from here for a long time. People around Ahiritola mostly know us by name. We don't really do the whole modern marketing thing. Our shop is just a regular place where we get work done. The post office is a good landmark because everyone goes there. We see the mail carriers every day. The street outside is always full of noise and people moving about, which is just how we like it. Sometimes it takes a while for deliveries to get through the traffic on Ahiritola Street, but we are used to that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. There is always something to clean or someone to talk to about a future event. We are just local people running a local spot. It is not very polished or anything, but it works for us. We keep our space simple and honest. You won't find anything too fancy here, just a group of us doing our jobs at 159. It’s been our home for years and we don’t plan on changing much at all. We just keep our heads down and handle the cooking while the city carries on outside our door.
