Mirch Masala Catarer & Monarama Banquate. We are over here on N C Mitra Road. It is number 18. If you get off at Dum Dum Rly Station, we are pretty close by. That makes it easy for people to find the place when they have a function. Some people just call us Mirch Masala because the full name is a bit of a mouthful. We have been in Dum Dum for a while now. The banquet side of things keeps us busy on weekends. During the week, it is mostly planning and getting ingredients sorted for the next job. The street can get quite crowded, especially with the station being right there. It is a lively part of the city. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People usually just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor who had a party here. The kitchen stays hot and the floors get swept every morning. It is just a regular local business run by people who live nearby. We know the regulars and the shopkeepers on our road. It’s just how things are around here. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy but that is just part of being in this area. We keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing. It is simple enough. It has been this way for years and we just keep going day by day without much fuss or bother at all.
