Medicure Polyclinic

Medicure Polyclinic is sitting on the ground floor of house number 15/3 in Sahapur Colony, over in the New Alipore area. It is a handy location for those who live nearby and do not want to go to a massive hospital for a simple consultation. We have a few rooms set up for different doctors who come in at specific times during the week. The waiting area is just a handful of chairs, so it can get tight if more than three or four people are waiting at once. We keep a register at the front desk to track who is next. It is a quiet enough street, so you do not get too much noise from outside. We mainly deal with things like general checkups, skin issues, and kids health. The staff here consists of just a few of us who handle everything from answering the phone to cleaning up the exam rooms. We do not have a big fancy sign, just enough so you can find the door. People usually call ahead to see if the doctor has arrived yet, as traffic in New Alipore can be unpredictable. We try to keep the atmosphere calm. It is a simple, practical setup for the neighborhood. We have been here long enough that we know most of our regular patients by their first names. It is not a complicated business, just a place for medical advice and basic treatments for the local families.
