Mamuns Caterers

Mamuns Caterers is located at 103, Beadon Street. This is an old part of the city, and we have been operating out of this building for a long time. The space is filled with big pots, stacks of plates, and the smell of spices. We mostly handle weddings and social gatherings around North Kolkata. It is a busy life, especially during the peak months when everyone seems to be getting married at once. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to manage our social media. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever calls. Most of the time, it's someone who ate our food at a neighbor's house. Our cooks are very experienced and they don't need much instruction anymore. We just get the ingredients and get to work. Beadon Street can be very crowded, so getting our supplies in and our deliveries out takes some patience. We aren't a polished company with uniforms and fancy brochures. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for a lot of guests. We make sure the biryani is aromatic and the fish is fresh. It is hard work and the days are long, but we like seeing the empty plates at the end of a party. We just keep doing what we’ve always done.
