It’s a ground-floor space that stays a bit cooler than the upper floors, which we appreciate during the summer months. The walls are thick, and the room is filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional shouting from the street outside. We spend our hours tracking trades and talking to suppliers on the phone. There is usually a stack of delivery notes on the main table and a few stools for whoever stops by to chat. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have fancy carpets or a coffee machine; we just get our tea from the shop next door and keep working through the list of tasks. Dealing with agrotrade means things are always changing, so we stay busy. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with samples or folders, but that’s just how we work. It is an honest living in a very busy part of the city. Most of us have been coming to this same spot for years, and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood.
