Madhubani Home Delivery

Madhubani Home Delivery is located at 2, Shyam Sundar Pally. This is basically just a home-run setup where we cook for people who don't have the time to do it themselves. It started because we liked cooking for our neighbors, and then more people started asking for meals. We don't have a big restaurant front or anything like that. It is mostly just a kitchen that stays warm all day long. We get the groceries fresh from the market every morning. Usually, it's just the daily stuff like rice, dal, and whatever vegetables are in season. We try to make it feel like what you would eat at your own table. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is bad and nobody wants to go out. We do our own deliveries around the area. It can get a bit tiring running up and down the stairs all day. We just write down the orders in a big notebook and check them off as we go. There are no fancy systems here, just us making sure the food is hot when it reaches your door. People seem to appreciate that we don't use too much oil or spice. We are just regular people helping out other regular people with their dinner or lunch. That is about it for us.
