If you look for Made To Order Caterer, you’ll find us over at 23, Beliaghata Main Road, right near Kuthari Hosiery. It is a busy spot, and we stay pretty busy ourselves. We don't have a big fancy menu that never changes. Instead, we just wait to see what people actually want for their event before we start the shopping. That is why we chose the name. It is just a few of us working in the back, making sure the plates and the food are all set. Sometimes we are up really late finishing things off for a morning party. Beliaghata is a crowded place, so we are used to the noise and the rush. We mostly do weddings and those kinds of things, but we take on smaller orders too if we have the time. It is not always easy, and sometimes the gas runs out or a delivery is late, but we figure it out. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing advertisements. Most people just know where we are. We just pack everything into the van and head out to wherever the party is. It is hard work on your feet all day, but it is what we do. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should and everything is delivered to the right place on time.
