Luncheon

We have been running Luncheon at 167/21A, Beliaghata Main Road for quite some time now. Our place is right near the Khalpool area and the Sale Tax Office, so it stays pretty busy around here with people coming and going for their paperwork. It is a simple setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in its place. The traffic on Beliaghata Main Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the peak hours, but we are used to the noise by now. We are just a local group of people who decided to start a food business in this neighborhood because we live nearby. Most days involve a lot of chopping, cleaning, and making sure the orders are ready when people ask for them. We don't really have a big office or anything, just the space we work in. It can get a bit hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We know most of the regular faces who pass by our door every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady spot where work gets done every day without too much fuss. If you are walking down towards the tax office, you will probably see us there. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It is hard work but we are used to the routine of it.
