You can find Lisa Caterer over at 98/42/5 Gopal Lal Tagore Road. It is a neighborhood spot where we have been doing our thing for quite a while now. The kitchen is where everything happens. It is not a huge space, but we make it work for us somehow. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients from the local markets. It is mostly about getting the basics right. We do not go in for fancy decorations or polished presentations. We are more about the food itself. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cluttered with all the crates and supplies, but we know where everything is. People in the area know us by name, which is nice. It makes the work feel more personal. We aren't trying to compete with the big catering companies in the city. We just want to do a good job for the folks who live around here. Sometimes we stay up late finishing a batch of sweets or prepping vegetables for the next day's event. It is tiring work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We do not have a big website or a social media manager. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and gives us a call. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We just do the work and let the food speak for itself at the party.
