We are Lilac Medicare P Ltd and you can find us on Ichapur Road in Howrah. This part of West Bengal is always bustling, and our location at 48/3/1 is right in the thick of it. We have been here for a bit now, dealing with medical supplies and all that goes with it. The building is an old one, like many in Howrah, but it serves our purpose for storing what we need and managing the daily logistics. There is always a lot of noise from the street, trucks passing by and people moving about. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock and getting orders ready to go out. It is a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and making sure the labels are right. Sometimes the shipments are delayed because of the traffic on the bridge or the narrow roads around here, which can be frustrating. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. It is not always smooth, and sometimes we run out of space in the office, but we make do. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in the medical trade. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders delivered to the shops and clinics that need them.
